Abstract

We report two patients with the angiographic diagnosis of multiple aneurysms of the coronary arteries of atherosclerotic origin. Through a thoughtful anamnesis, the age of presentation, the absence of other vascular lesions and the negativity of serologic markers, the diagnosis of coronary vasculitis was ruled out. One patient had a clinical presentation of unstable angina and the other chronic stable angina; both with jeopardized myocardium. In one case a triple coronary artery by pass graft was performed, but in the other, this procedure was impossible due to the had vascular distal bed.
