Abstract

A 75 years old woman with a coronary-pulmonary fistula is reported. This is a congenital heart dis-ease with an incidence of 1 in 64,000 new borne.The main symptoms were atypical chest pain not related with arteriosclerotic coronary lesions and effort dispnea. The angiography showed a fistula connecting the left main coronary artery and the left pulmonary artery. The other coronary vessels were angiographically normal. The left ventricle function was normal too. The congenital abnormality was corrected with surgery. The evolution after surgical treatment was good.
